Hockey player and referee, introduced to the Sports Hall of Fame of the region of Strakonicko. At a young age, he would play football and ice hockey during winter. He played in the Republic Rugby League with Otava Písek. He was also a member of the Czech national rugby team. However, ice hockey prevailed. Vavruška worked as the head of the regional ice hockey association for 26 years.

Illustrated works such as Egon Bondy's These Rhymes are Pointless or Antonio Escohotado's The Real History of Drugs. Her pictures are included in several Czech galleries, as well as private collections abroad.

Basketball trainer, introduced to the Sports Hall of Fame of the region of Strakonicko. Laid down the foundation for systematic training work, always putting emphasis on working with the youth. Since 1976, he was an assistant for the Czechoslovak female cadets, moving on to train junior females since 1981. His teams have participated at junior female European championships in Italy, Spain and Bulgaria. Since 1988, he has trained the female representation team, leading them to participate at several European and world championships, as well as the 1992 Olympic games in Barcelona.
Prior of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, dean in Strakonice During World War I, he came to Strakonice to teach religion until 1948. First, he was active at the municipal school and later at the secondary school. Sang and conducted in the Zvon club. Graduated from the Construction Faculty of the Czech Technical University, as well as the Faculty of Journalism of Charles University. After three years of practicing engineering, he would engage himself with literature. He was an editor of the Čs. Spisovatel publishing house and the magazine Vlasta, becoming freelance since 1994.
Ski runner and trainer, introduced to the Sports Hall of Fame of the region of Strakonicko He was a member of the Czechoslovak junior representation team. In 1956–58 he attained two titles of the Master of Czechoslovak Army as a member of DUKLA Liberec. A member of the Czechoslovak biathlon national team. In 1980, he would start a professional training career in the Top Ski Sports Centre in Zadov.
