This is a part of the former large manorial farmstead. It was built by the road to Pracejovice, behind the western part of the castle.

The main driveway with volute gable is the most interesting element, with Maltese cross and an inscription reading 1693. The ground-floor buildings are located by the entrance. The courtyard has an enclosed rectangular layout. Today it is used as the office headquarters and warehouse of a trading company.
